Experience in the military

I served in the military for 21 years, during which time I was a qualified driver, driving instructor, and driver tester for a wide range of vehicle types.

I set up Alan’s School of Motoring with the aim of applying my vast experience to help learner drivers to be safer on the roads. Driving is a life skill that should be taught in a calm and relaxed environment.

My friendly and experienced approach will guide you every step of the way toward becoming a confident and skilled driver. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced driver, I will tailor your lessons to meet your individual needs.
